Mae built this framework out of necessity. Over 25 years leading teams across three continents — in finance, pharma, retail, and mobility — she faced the kind of decisions where getting it wrong had real consequences. The sharpest test came when she was brought in to turn around an international publicly-traded company on the brink of bankruptcy. She succeeded in 14 months. The employees she led through it voted her Leader of the Year.
